Logistics

At Geoflux, we design tailor-made logistics solutions. Leveraging the infrastructure and resources of our global network of agents, we can provide solutions to complex needs, where it is necessary to combine different services with various modes of transportation in a single shipment.

Means of Transportation

In the logistics world, freight transportation is divided into three main categories: land, sea, and air. Each of these means offers unique advantages and challenges. Land transportation is versatile and suitable for short to medium distances. Maritime transportation is ideal for heavy and/or bulky international shipments, while air transportation provides speed for urgent deliveries.

At Geoflux, we understand the importance of choosing the right means for each situation, ensuring efficient and secure logistics in all operations.

  • Land Transportation

Whether it's pickups or deliveries for sea or air shipments, or road transportation from origin to destination, we have a wide variety of solutions. We can provide trailer service for national or international transport, smaller trucks (2 and 3 axles) to access challenging entry points, or trucks with a lift platform for loading and unloading in places without a dock or available equipment. We even offer dedicated vehicles for handling difficult-to-manipulate cargo, ensuring seamless transport from origin to destination without stops. This applies to dry, temperature-controlled, or hazardous goods.

Additionally, we have extensive experience in road transportation of vehicles, including utility and industrial vehicles. We can provide transport solutions with car carrier trucks, cranes, or even low loaders for the transportation of industrial vehicles or machinery.

  • Maritime Transportation

We collaborate with all shipping lines, both nationally and internationally. We handle full loads and groupage. We can provide equipment tailored to each situation, such as standard containers, high cube, open top, and flat rack containers in sizes of 20, 40, and 45 feet. We work with dry, temperature-controlled, or hazardous goods, subject to the approval of the shipping lines. We also handle shipments of vehicles, machinery, and industrial vehicles, both in containers and on roll-on/roll-off (Ro-Ro) ships.

We specialize in oversized cargo or Project Cargo, offering customized solutions in both containerized and conventional or Break Bulk shipping.

  • Air Transportation

We manage shipments with all airlines, allowing us to connect to international airports worldwide. We ship cargo on both regular passenger planes and freighters to accommodate various cargo configurations and dimensions.

Supplementary Logistics Operations

Supplementary logistics operations are activities that are not the primary transportation itself but are essential within the overall logistics process. Some of the most relevant examples of the solutions we can offer include storage services, lashing, transshipment, and handling of special cargo.

  • Warehouse Operations

We can provide storage, transshipment, lashing/unlashing, and warehousing services. Thanks to our extensive network of agents internationally, we can locate warehouses with the necessary services near the location of the goods.

  • Loading/Unloading Site Operations

For the handling of heavy-tonnage goods or vehicles of all types, we offer loading and unloading services. We can provide crane services with various capacities, as well as vehicles with platforms or assistance vehicles.
